Hello all, sorry for the lack of updates I've just been incredibly busy. I'm no longer working at my current position with my full time job so between putting the two weeks in for that, working on client projects, online classes, traveling, etc., I pretty much have no time to myself.
I'm waiting for the day when I can quit everything and start doing this freelance, SureFire stuff full time. IT IS NOT EASY!! Bills are no joke, and trying to get married is EXPENSIVE!
On a good note, I teamed up with a new design group that may probably be everything I expect from a company. Nothing like the terrible environments and political BS from these corporate companies (Designers Know Nothing). This makes me happy. I'm a designer, I shouldn't have to where ties everyday to work unless I'm meeting with some important client or something, and you know what, I never meet with anyone, and even if I did, I'd probably say, "Yeah I'm wearing jeans, GET OVER IT!" But that's just me.
With this new design group I'll get to dress casual, learn what I need to learn to further my Internet knowledge, and I'll be in the city. The city is great.
SO, all in all, this is why I haven't updated anything lately. BUT, I'm still working on finishing the blog / news tutorial. In my online classes I realized there were much more easier ways for me to do things, so I might just start over with a new one. I also have some marketing and design tips in the process. Some new updates for the site involving some neat interactive stuff, and more on the way. All I need is a few more hours in a day and everything will be right. =) I'm trying people!
