Ok, Seriously. I came across this in my search for jobs and I needed to post it immediately.
"We are a production company and looking to hire a full
time web designer who is able to wok on site on our
queens STUDIO. (ozone park) We are interested in
answering any questions you might have. If your
interested we are willing to pay 9 dollars
(if more experienced this can be negotiated)
an hour and you must available at least 5 days a week. 7 Hours a

HA! I wrote to him:
"Please tell me this is a joke. $9 dollars for a Web Designer position? What the hell are you smokin' bro? I can make that flipping burgers at Burger King! You make it sound like you're doing us Web Designers a favor by you "WILLING" to pay....REALLY??? Also, you should learn how to spell when writing an ad, makes you look stupid to potential employees. You might want to add AT LEAST $10 more to that $9 if you want a competent designer."
What an ass!
